Bibek Pandey, originally from Nuwakot, Nepal, is a seasoned and highly skilled professional trekking guide with a career spanning over two decades. Since 1998, he has been leading trekking expeditions across Nepal, building an impressive reputation for his expertise, dedication, and passion for the mountains. Fluent in English, Nepali, Hindi, and Japanese, Bibek is well-equipped to cater to a diverse range of trekkers, making him an ideal guide for both local and international clients.

Bibek's extensive training background includes certifications from renowned institutions. He completed his trekking guide training with the Himalayan Mountaineering and Training Center (HMTTC) and received basic introductory mountaineering training jointly conducted by the Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA) and the Petzl Foundation of France. Additionally, he has advanced mountaineering training from NMA, Helicopter Marshal training, and first aid training from Wilderness First Aid. Bibek further expanded his skills by completing Mountaineering Liaison Officer training and trekking guide certification from the National Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management (NATHM). His qualifications also include bird watching tourism training by the Trekking Agencies' Association of Nepal (TAAN), Nepal Tourism Board (NTB), and the Bird Conservation Nepal (BCN), along with professional eco-leadership trekking by the Kathmandu Environmental Education Project (KEEP).

Bibek has had the privilege of summiting two of the world's highest peaks, Mount Everest and Mount Manaslu, showcasing his expertise in high-altitude mountaineering. unil was born in Bethan, Ramechhap, a region in Nepal known for its proximity to the vibrant tourist industry. Growing up in an area closely connected to trekking and adventure tourism, Sunil developed a passion for the outdoors and the tourism sector from a young age. This early exposure to Nepal’s rich cultural and natural heritage inspired him to pursue a career in the trekking industry. Over the years, Sunil has built a successful career as a professional trekking guide, drawing on his deep understanding of Nepal’s diverse landscapes and trekking routes.

With 11 years of experience, Sunil has become an expert in guiding treks in some of Nepal’s most renowned trekking regions, including Everest, Annapurna, Langtang, Manaslu, Kanchenjunga, and the Makalu region. His extensive experience in these areas has provided him with a wealth of knowledge, ensuring he can offer trekkers a safe and memorable experience.

Fluent in both English and Nepali, Sunil is able to effectively communicate with a wide range of international trekkers, making him an excellent choice for clients from around the world. To further enhance his skills and expertise, Sunil has completed professional Trekking Guide training through the National Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management (NATHM) and received First Aid training. Dipak Bastakoti

Position: Mountain and Tour Guide

Experience: Mountain guide from 1997 and Tour guide since 2002

Personal Profile: Dipak Bastakoti was born and grew up in a small rural town of Gorkha situated in the lap of mighty Himalaya’s Manasalu range. Enticed by the nature and relationship of nature with us, he began to work in the mountain as a guide, dropping his teaching career. He has trekked to many peaks’ base camps and is equipped with vast knowledge of culture, religion, politics, economy, and other topics in Nepal. Since 2002, guiding visitors with different interests in the cultural cities of Kathmandu valley, Pokhara, Chitwan, Lumbini and more. He has work experience in Singapore for about two years and has travelled through various Indian cities, South Africa, Tibet, Thailand, Malaysia etc., enhancing his knowledge further. ‘Patience’ is what you enjoy while you are with him.

Hari Bahadur Magar

Position: Trekking Guide

Experience: Trekking guide since 2008

Training: Cook Training - 2005, guide training in August 2009

Personal Profile: Hari was born on 16th May 1983, at Juving 09 - Solukhumbu. He is a powerful guy and kind in nature. Believing in satisfying and serving the clients had never left the stone unturned. He is a fun-loving, open-minded and approachable person. Hari has done much trekking; few are Manaslu, Annapurna, Everest, Langtang, Rara, Upper Mustang and Three pass trekking. He is well-known in English, Hindi, French and Arabic Language.

Santosh Basnet

Position: Mountain and Trekking Guide

Experience: Trekking guide since 2012 

Training: French language - 2011, guide training - 2012, First aid training - 2016 and Mountain Medicine Society of Nepal (MMSN) - 2019

Personal Profile: Born on 10th May 1983 at Solukhumbu 01 - Kerung, Santosh has been fond of nature, mountains and travelling from a very early age. That's what made him choose his career as a trekking guide. He is an incredible human being and knows how to make clients happy during the trekking journey. His qualities are good-hearted, well-mannered, polite and professional, making him one of our best trekking guides. His trekking portfolio includes Annapurna Base Camp, Annapurna Circuit trekking, Manaslu Circuit Trekking, Langtang Trekking, Everest Three Passes Trek and Everest Base Camp Trek.

Ramesh Tamang

Position : Trekking Guide

Ramesh Tamang, born on July 3, 1990 (Thulung 09, Dudhkoshi), is a highly experienced and skilled trekking guide from Nepal. He speaks: Nepali, Hindi, and English, which allows him to communicate effectively with trekkers from diverse cultural backgrounds. Originally from the picturesque Thulung region of Dudhkoshi, Ramesh developed a deep connection with the mountains and the surrounding natural beauty from a young age. This connection ultimately inspired him to become a trekking guide, a profession he has been dedicated to since 2016.

Currently residing in Kapan 11, Kathmandu, Ramesh has guided trekking expeditions across various parts of Nepal, including popular routes like the Annapurna Circuit, Everest Base Camp, and Langtang Valley. His intimate knowledge of Nepal’s trekking trails, weather conditions, and cultural heritage has made him a trusted guide for both international and local trekkers. Over the years, Ramesh has built a reputation for his professionalism, reliability, and attention to safety, ensuring that each trekking experience is memorable for his clients.

To further enhance his qualifications, Ramesh completed professional guide training in 2018, which provided him with advanced skills in navigation, group management, and trekking safety. In 2020, he expanded his expertise with ice climbing training, which is crucial for high-altitude treks involving glaciers. Most recently, in 2023, Ramesh received first aid training, enabling him to handle medical emergencies during trekking expeditions. Sarmila has received comprehensive guide training from the National Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management (NATHM), including both guide and tour guide certifications. Nawang Gyalje Sherpa

Position : Trekking Guide

Nawang Gyalje Sherpa is a skilled and experienced trekking guide originally from Goakarneshor 02, Kathmandu. He has been working as a trekking guide since 2011, leading trekkers across the diverse and stunning regions of Nepal. Fluent in Nepali, Hindi, French, and English, Nawang is well-equipped to communicate with trekkers from different parts of the world, making him an ideal guide for international clients.

Nawang has completed several key training programs to enhance his guiding skills. He passed his higher secondary level education and further pursued professional training in various aspects of trekking and mountaineering. In 2007, he completed guide training at the Nepal Academy, which helped solidify his foundation as a professional trekking guide. He also undertook Himalayan Rescue Training in 2016, which provided him with the skills needed to handle high-altitude health issues and emergency situations. Additionally, Nawang received ECO Leadership Management training in 2001, which equipped him with knowledge on sustainable and eco-friendly trekking practices. In 2004, he completed a Navigation Mountaineering course, and in 2007, he underwent First Aid Outdoor Training, preparing him to handle medical emergencies in remote areas.

Nawang has extensive experience trekking across various regions of Nepal, including the Everest, Langtang, Annapurna, and Manaslu regions, among others. Prakash Tamang

Position : Trekking Guide

Prakash Tamang is a dedicated trekking guide from Lukla, Khumbu Pasanglhamu in Solukhumbu, Nepal, born on February 23, 1993. With a deep connection to the Himalayan region, Prakash began his career as a trekking guide in 2019. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience guiding trekkers through some of Nepal's most iconic trekking destinations, including the Everest, Annapurna, Langtang, and Manaslu regions.

Man Bahadur Magar

Personal Profile: Man Bahadur was born on 27th April 1980 at Khumbu Pasang Lhamu - 1, Solukhumbu. He is a gracious guy and polite and loves being in the lap of the Himalayas. Many of our foreign clients are very happy with his work and always give an excellent review about him. He is very hardworking and does his job with complete dedication. That's what made him different from others. He has done Annapurna Circuit, Manaslu Circuit and other trekking within Khumbu region.

Ngang Dorji Sherpa

Position : Mountain Guide

Nganag Dorji Sherpa is a highly skilled Mountain and Trekking Guide from Tamkhu 03, Sankhuwasabha, Nepal. Born on November 3, 1991, he has been working as a professional guide since 2009. Over the years, Nganag has honed his expertise in the mountains through extensive training, including Guide Training, First Aid, Advanced Mountaineering, High Mountain Rescue, and Liaison Officer Training.

His experience in the high Himalayas has allowed him to successfully summit some of the world's most challenging peaks, including Mount Everest, Ama Dablam, Baruntse, and Lhotse.
