Introduction to the Manaslu Expedition
Mt. Manaslu is the world’s eighth-highest peak. Manaslu’s challenging and technical slopes and altitude ridges make it a “Killer Mountain”. Manaslu is a well-thought-out, mesmerizing mountain in the Himalayas. It is in the Gorkha District of Nepal. The Manaslu Expedition best season is from the end of September to November. Autumn season is fantastic and favourable climates in which to start a journey around Manaslu. Manaslu region is one of the popular trekking routes in Nepal. Furthermore, Manaslu has become an increasingly captivating place for both adventurers and nature lovers.
Satori Manaslu Expedition – Autumn 2024
Mount Manaslu’s spectacular popularity has made it a fascinating adventurer’s destination. Therefore, same as the previous year, this time on 3rd September 2024, our expedition climbers and team are heading to the summit of Mt. Manaslu. Leader Dan-Ionel Robescu from Romania leads our expedition.
The Satori Manaslu expedition comprises a total of 75 days. Our team includes 11 international climbers from Romania, Vietnam, the US, India, the UK, Canada, and Poland, with 14 expert and experience climbing guides from Satori Adventures. Hence, our team is ready to face the hurdles and achieve the success on Manaslu Expedition Autumn 2024.
On the other hand, with the official permit grant from the Department of Tourism, journey to summit success begins. We will start our adventures in Kathmandu and go to Arughat by road. From the Arughat trekking itinerary, follow Sotikhola, Machhakhola, Jagat, Dang, Namrung, Lho, and Samagaun to Manaslu Base Camp. Base Camp is where we prepare to conquer the peak point of the expedition and they are Base Camp (4800 m/15,750 ft.), Camp 1 (5700 m/18,700 ft.), Camp 2 (6400 m/21,000 ft.), Camp 3 (6800 m/22,310 ft.), Camp 4 (7500 m/24,606 ft.), and finally summit (8156 m/26,759 ft.). The Satori team set up Five camps on the Northeast Col route for a pleasant and successful expedition.
